Alex

Alex graduated from Vicars School Of Massage Therapy in 2022. He is very skilled in deep tissue and sports massage, and his focus is on rehabilitating injuries. Alex likes to include PNF stretches in his treatment to regain mobility after trauma, and he is trained in TMJ treatment.

When Alex is not saving the world one muscle at a time, he enjoys watching and playing hockey. During the summer months, you can catch him hitting the golf course, and when he’s looking to unwind, he likes to kick back and play some video games.
