Alex

Alex graduated from Vicars School Of Massage Therapy in 2022. He is very skilled in deep tissue and sports massage, and his focus is on rehabilitating injuries. Alex likes to include PNF stretches in his treatment to regain mobility after trauma, and he is trained in TMJ treatment. 

Alex has been a very valuable part of the Muscle Matters team since 2024. He is loved at the clinic for his entertaining stories about coaching hockey, his passion for his work, and his willingness to lend a hand when needed

When Alex is not saving the world one muscle at a time, he enjoys watching, playing, and coaching hockey. During the summer months, you can catch him hitting the golf course, and when he wants to unwind, he likes to kick back and play video games.
