Respecting Everyone’s Time
Your appointment is important to us — and your therapist’s time is reserved just for you. Our industry-leading cancellation policy provides you more flexibility.
Our Policy
- Six hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- Changes or cancellations with less than six hours notice will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
Sending Someone in Your Place
Can’t make it? You’re welcome to send someone else to ensure our time is not lost. Just let us know who will be attending, and you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
We Understand Life Happens
We know that sometimes things come up unexpectedly. Our cancellation fee is never meant as a punishment — it’s simply how we ensure the clinic can continue to operate, even when our limited time is lost.
