Cancellation Policy
Respecting Everyone’s Time
Because your appointment is important to us — and your therapist’s time is reserved just for you — we’ve created an industry-leading cancellation policy that supports fairness and flexibility.
Our Policy
- We require at least six business hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- If you cancel or change your appointment with less than six business hours’ notice, you’ll be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
Sending Someone in Your Place
Can’t make it? You’re welcome to send someone else in your place to avoid the cancellation fee. Just let us know who will be attending.
